TRACE
Tracking, Retrieval, Archiving of Communications for Efficiency (TRACE)

FAIMS v1.0
An online sytem that effectively facilitates the Administrative operations, specifically the procurement process. Assists the supply/procurement personnel starting from preparation of purchase requests of the end-user to bids and quotations, preparations of purchase orders, inspection reports, until payment or preparation of obligation requests and vouchers.
ULIMS
Handles daily transactions of DOST-IX laboratory samples receiving and provides an interactive service addressing not only the customer support concerns but also laboratory management concerns.
Scholarship
An information system used for monitoring and evaluation of DOST scholar's performance. Contains basic information and financial benefits claimed/received of DOST-scholars enrolled in the region. The system also tracks the wherabouts of DOST-scholar graduates and is also capable of generating Financial Reports and Status reports as required by the office.
SCIMS
Records the withdrawal of items made by end-user and receiving transactions from suppliers. The system aids the supply and accounting unit on generating reports as required by the office.

Infoboard
Highlights the agency's programs and projects accomplishments. The system provides basic information about the agency. Also included is a snippet of Philippine Standard Time and a realtime DOST-PAGASA satellite imagery.

Used for efficient monitoring & evaluation of all projects (SETUP & GIA) implemented in the region.
VRAMS
Online Vehicle Reservation and Management. Also facilitates filing of Travel Orders within the Region.
